Ownership, Management, and Relationship with Other Journals

Jurnal Lingkungan Binaan Indonesia (JLBI) is owned, managed, and published by Ikatan Peneliti Lingkungan Binaan Indonesia (IPLBI). As part of IPLBI's scholarly publishing activities, JLBI operates alongside two other journals, each with a distinct focus within the field of the built environment.

The three journals complement one another through the following areas of focus:

  • Jurnal Lingkungan Binaan Indonesia (JLBI) focuses on scholarly research concerning the built environment, including the development of knowledge, research findings, and critical discussions related to architecture, settlements, landscape, and urban and regional planning.

  • Jurnal Desain dan Lingkungan Binaan Indonesia (JDLBI) focuses on design and planning, emphasizing design processes, planning approaches, and the development of solutions for the built environment.

  • Jurnal Pengabdian Lingkungan Binaan Indonesia (JPLBI) focuses on community service and engagement in the built environment, including the application of knowledge and professional practices to address community needs and improve the quality of the built environment.

Together, these journals provide complementary scholarly platforms for research, design and planning, and community engagement within the built environment. Each journal maintains its own aims and scope, editorial responsibilities, and publication policies to ensure that submissions are evaluated according to the journal's specific focus.

JLBI is managed through its own editorial structure, comprising the Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board, and editorial team. Editorial decisions are made independently based on the scholarly merit, relevance, and compliance of submitted manuscripts with JLBI's editorial policies and publication ethics standards.
